摘 要:利用数值模拟技术,分析对比了四种铸件消失模铸造和普通空腔铸造充型过程的差异,以及流动进程中的温度场分布的差别。结果表明,消失模充型顺序与普通空腔铸造充型顺序大为不同,消失模流动过程的热量损失较普通空腔铸造热量损失大得多。同时发现,在消失模铸件表面容易因残余泡沫而造成表面渣气孔,实际铸件的表面质量也证明了这一点。针对消失模的这些特点提供了改进工艺的实例。By numerical simulation, the difference of filling process coupled with temperature field of EPC and the common casting technology for 4 kinds of castings was analyzed and compared, the simulation result showed that in EPC mold, the liquid filling order has great difference from that of in common mold. In the meantime, the heat lost through the filling way in EPC was also greater than that in common mold. In addition, imperfections like drag and gas holes were easy to turn out in the surface of EPC casting for imperfect technology design, and this was verified by the actual castings. And an example of improved process was provided for the features of EPC.
