摘  要:对纳米HZSM-5催化剂上3,5,6-三氯水杨酸正戊酯(PTCSA)的合成进行了研究。3,5,6-三氯水杨酸和正戊醇在纳米催化剂的作用下,在甲苯溶剂里发生酯化反应生成3,5,6-三氯水杨酸正戊酯。考察了影响酯化反应的因素。结果表明:纳米级HZSM-5分子筛催化剂有催化活性高、性能稳定、与产品易分离、后处理简单、无腐蚀、易回收等优点。最佳反应条件为:催化剂活化温度450℃,活化时间4h,醇酸比1:5。The synthesis of n - pentyl 3,5,6 - trichlorosalicylic ester (PTCSA) with nano HZSM -5 as catalyst was studied in this article. In toluene solution, the esterification reaction of 3,5,6 - trichlorosalicylic acid and n - pentanol took place with nano catalyst, and then the 3,5,6 - trichlorosalicylic ester was produced. The factors influenced the reaction had been investigated in this paper. The results showed that, nano HZSM - 5 molecular sieve catalyst was high catalytic activity, easy to recycle and to separate with products, no corrosion, the post - treatment was simple, and its performance was stable. The optimal conditions for the reaction were as follow: the temperature of catalyst activation was 450℃, the time of activation was 4 hours, and the ratio of n - pentanol to acid was 1:5.
