摘　　要：我国体育保险市场正处在初级发育阶段,加强对市场的培育是现阶段体育保险业发展的重要任务.在市场经济快速发展的新形势下,应当尽快确立我国体育保险市场发展的目标模式,建立和完善体育保险的市场结构、运行机制、中介制度以及法律保障等市场体系,以保证我国体育保险业的健康发展.The sports insurance market in china is still at an early stage, so an important task of the sports insurance industry at present is to reinforce the cultivation of its market. Through the establishment of the objective mode of sports insurance development, the appropriate market structure, operating mechanism, intermediary system and legal protection system, the system of Chinese sports insurance market will be. constructed and improved gradually so as to promote the sound development of sports insurance market.
