摘　　要：松花江洪水管理系统是亚行贷款非工程措施中的一部分。本文主要介绍了松花江流域洪水管理系统的目标、任务、系统设计开发原则、系统总体结构与功能设计及其技术特点。The flood management system in Songhuajiang rirer is a part of non-engineering measures in the loan of ADB.The paper introduces the objective,the mission,the principle,the overall structure,the function of flood management system in Songhuajiang river basin and its technical characteristics.
