摘 要:目的探讨不良孕产史与细胞遗传学的关系。方法对545例有自然流产、胚胎停育或生育畸形儿史的患者通过取外周血淋巴细胞培养,G显带进行染色体核型分析。结果发现545例患者中有染色体核型异常29例,异常率5.3%,其中自然流产、胚胎停育的患者核型异常26例,占异常总数的89.7%,有生育畸形儿史的患者核型异常3例,占异常总数的10.3%。染色体变异共20例,占3.7%。结论染色体异常是导致不良生育的重要原因之一,所以,对有不良孕史的患者进行染色体检查十分必要,有助于我们进行优生优育指导。Objective: To investigate the relationship between badness pregnancy and eytogeneties. Method: Chromosomal karyotypes were analyzed in 545 patients with spontaneous abortion or embryo growth ceasing or bearing malformation child history by using G - banding after periphery blood lymphocyte cultured. Results : There were 29 abnormal chromosomal karyotypes in 545 patients. The rate of abnormal karyotypes was 4. 9%, including 26 patients (89, 7% in abnormal karyotypes) with spontaneous abortion or embryo growth ceasing and 3 patients (10. 3% in abnormal karyotypes) with bearing malformation child history; Aberrance of the Chromosomal in 20 patients (3.7% in 545 patients). Conclusion: Chromosomal abnormalities is an important factor of badness pregnancy, So it is necessary to take the examination of chromosomal in patients who had badness pregnancy history. It is benefit for us to give advises.
