摘　　要：目的探讨自然流产与弓形体感染的关系。方法用ELISA法检测自然流产妇女与健康孕妇血清内TORCH系列病原体的IgM。结果自然流产妇女血清中弓形体(TOX)IgM阳性率与健康孕妇相比差异有高度显著性,而两组的风疹病毒(RUV)、巨细胞病毒(CMV)、单纯疱疹病毒型(HSV)的IgM阳性率差异无显著性。结论弓形体感染是自然流产的重要原因之一。Objective： To stydy the relationship between spontaneous abortion and Toxoplasma infection. Methods： The TORCH IgM in the serum of the women suffering from spontaneous abortion and of the normal pregnant women were examined by using ELISA. Results ： There was significant difference between the two groups in the positive rate of Toxoplasma IgM, while the differences found in the RUV＇s, CMV ＇s and HSV - IgM were insignificant, Conclusion： Toxoplasma infection is one of the main reasons for spontaneous abortion.
