甲亢患者血清甲状腺素与血清胆固醇、甘油三酯水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：本文对８０例甲亢患者血清游离甲状腺素（ＦＴ３、ＦＴ４）、甲状腺素（Ｔ３、Ｔ４）和血清胆固醇（Ｃｈ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）水平进行相关性研究。发现：治疗前：ＦＴ３与Ｔ３正相关（ｒ＝０．５２９０）、Ｔ３与ＴＧ（ｒ＝－０．２３３３）、Ｔ４与Ｃｈ（ｒ＝－０．１８８０）、Ｔ４与ＴＧ（ｒ＝－０．２０３０）负相关。治疗后：ＦＴ４与Ｔ４正相关（ｒ＝０．３０６２）、Ｔ３与Ｃｈ（ｒ＝－０．２３０６）、Ｔ３与ＴＧ（ｒ＝－０．２５５９）、Ｔ４与ＴＧ（ｒ＝－０．２０４６）负相关，均有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５），这种相关性稳定，符合率达７５％以上。提示：可以血清Ｃｈ和ＴＧ水平估计Ｔ３、Ｔ４水平，可以血清Ｔ３、Ｔ４水平估计ＦＴ３、ＦＴ４水平。The correlations among serum levels of free thyroid hormones (FT 3,FT 4), thyroid hormones (T 3,T 4) cholesterol (Ch) and triglyceride (TG) in patients with hyperthyroidism were determined. The results indicated that before treatment there were positive correlation between FT 3 and T 3 ( r =0 5290) and negative correlations between T 3 and TG ( r =-0 2333), T 4 and ch ( r =-0 1880), T 4 ang TG ( r =-0 2030). After treatment, there were positive correlation between FT 4 and T 4 ( r =0 3062), and negative correlations between T 3 and ch ( r =-0 2306), T 3 and TG ( r =-0 2559), T 4 and TG ( r =-0 2046). All these correlations were significant ( P <0 05) and stable (correspondent rate >75%). These suggest that the levels of T 3 and T 4 can be estimated by the level of Ch and TG respectively,the levels of FT 3 and FT 4 by the levels of T 3 and T 4 respectively.
