论我国城市规划管理机制的问题与创新

摘　　要：要提高城市规划管理的效率和质量,须对现有的规划管理机制进行创新。本文在论述了我国城市规划管理机制现状的基础上,指出城市规划管理机制创新可从四个方面入手：建立科学化与民主化的决策机制、公开化与远东化的政府机制、法制化与完善化的监督机制、专业化与社会化的咨询机制。In order to enhance management efficiency and quality of urban planning,it＇s necessary to carry on the innovation to the present management mechanism of urban planning.This paper elaborate the manageent mechanism present situation of urban planning in our country ,on this foundation,pointed out the management mechanism innovation of urban planning may obtain from four aspects：The establishment of scientific and democratize decision mechanism,the public and standardization government mechanism,the rural and consummate surveillance mechanism,specialized and socialized consultation mechanism.
