摘　　要：通过对台州市路桥区新桥横街两镇的整体发展规划的过程和结果的回顾,探讨了在现存的行政体制下,区域的一体化进程如何兼顾行政单元和地方情感,从而在竞争中取得合作,在协调中取得区域可持续发展。By studying the process and result of the region planning of XINQIAO town and HENGJIE town on LUQIAO section in TAIZHOU city, we approach a subject that under the existing administrative institution, how the regional integration process get cooperation in competition and regional sustainable development in coordination, while giving consideration to the administrative region and region emotion.
