论新农村建设下农村社会保障的思考

摘　　要：新农村建设是当前各级政府工作的重点,目前中国农村人口老龄化速度快于城市,而家庭养老功能的日益弱化,传统的土地保障功能面临严峻挑战,农村社会保障制度亟待建立。因此,加强和完善农村社会保障工作是当前新农村建设的必然要求。It is a key of government at all levels that constructs new socialism rural area. The pace of aging of population in rural area is faster than that of in the city. However, the function of family providing for the aged becomes more and more weak , and the traditional function of soil guarantee is faced with severe challenge, it is urgent that establish rural social security system. It is inevitable to construct new socialism rural area that reinforce and perfect rural social security system.
