摘 要:利用实验室研制的高浓碎浆机和浮选脱墨槽研究了国产废旧书刊纸脱墨浆的主要浮选条件。优化后的浮选条件为:浆料浓度1.2%,时间6 min,温度50℃,空气流量1.45 m3.h-1(气浆比40%),pH值11.0,进浆流速5.0 m.s-1。在优化的浮选条件下,国产旧书刊纸脱墨浆的白度由67.31%ISO提高到77.01%ISO,白度增值为9.69%,残余油墨粒子浓度由437.84 mg.kg-1减少到175.26 mg.kg-1,脱墨效率达到59.97%。The effect of flotation parameters such as flotation consistency, temperature, flotation time, air to pulp ratio, turbulence level (velocity of pulp flow), and pH on domestic old book paper deinking efficiency was studied by using a high-consistency laboratory pulper and a laboratory deinking cell developed by ourselves. The optimized flotation conditions are: flotation consistency 1.2%, 50℃, 6 min, air to pulp ratio 40%, velocity of pulp flow 5.0 m ·s^-1 and pH 11.0. By using the optimized flotation conditions, the flotation deinking pulp brightness can reach 77.01%ISO, 9.69 %ISO higher than that of the control, the effective residual ink concentration is 175.26 mg · kg^-1 , which less than 437.84 mg ·kg^-1 of the control, deinking efficiency is up to 59.97%.
