有机概念图在制备分散松香胶中的应用

摘　　要：以有机概念图为理论依据,选择松香的水相乳化剂组合为松香丙三醇酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-3)、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(TX-10)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SBS),其质量分数比依序为1∶2∶4∶8,采用常压转相乳化法制备出颗粒均匀、稳定性好、固含量为30%的阴离子分散松香胶,当其用量为1.0%时纸张的施胶度可达到25 s以上。文中还探讨了乳化温度、转速、冷却速度和稳定剂对松香乳液稳定性的影响。According to the theory of organic conceptional diagram, rosin glyceride, AEO-3, TX-10, SBS were used to emulsify rosin as mixed surfaetant, the quality proportion was Calculated as 1 ： 2 ： 4 ：8. Rosin emulsifier was got by high temperature phase inversion method, and solid content is 30%. The influences of emulsifying temperature, stirring rate, cooling rate and stabilizer on the emulsion stability had been discussed in the paper. While using 1.0% rosin emulsion （in relation to absolute dry pulp）, the sizing degree can reached 25 s.
