虎杖中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的初步研究

摘　　要：对虎杖水提物用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取，测定了各部分的酶抑制活性，并对虎杖酶抑制的动力学进行了研究。结果表明，乙酸乙酯部分活性较高，比水提液提高了8．16％，其抑制成分在35～55℃间有较高的热稳定性，最佳作用浓度为60mg·mL^-1，且抑制作用迅速。.The aqueous extract of polygonum cuspidatum Sieb. Et Zucc was extracted by petroleum, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. In addition, the inhibitory activity against α-glucosidase of every fraction was detemined and the inhibitory kinetics was investigated. The results showed that the the inhibitory activity of ethyl acetate compared with aqueous extract increase 8. 16%. Between 35 ～ 55℃ the extract of polygonum cuspidatum sieb. Et Zucc showed high thermal stability, the optimum concentration was 60 mg ·mL^-1.
