摘　　要：目前,高校教学管理基本实现计算机化,但师资状态管理仍以手工方式为主.根据教学和人事管理的需求,以高校院系的基层师资状态为对象,基于W indows Access平台,研制成服务于教学管理的基层师资状态信息管理系统.该系统是大型人事信息管理系统的原型,易于移植和推广;已成功地服务于教学评估,达到面向管理者、面向人事工作者、面向全体职工的需求.该研究在高校人事管理的信息化、现代化方面起到积极的推动作用.Now teaching management of universities is already computerized, but its staff personnal management is manual. The skeleton personnel management information system was designed to serve teaching management. It was made with Access 2000 database under the environment of Windows 2000. It has many advantages such as good performance, beautiful interface, convenient operation, excellent extended properties, and high reliability. By the appointed query condition, the user can quickly obtain the wanted information and correlative reports. It is the prototype of large MIS, and easy to transplant and extend. By running in the teaching evaluation, the system can accomplish the request of managers, human re- source workers and staff. The research has positive effect on informatization and modernization of universities.
