摘 要:通过对横流风机单独和串联运行时流量和排气压力的试验研究,发现横流风机串联后二级风机在大风量区的压力特性与单独使用时相比明显下降,流量系数大于0.5后压力系数出现负值,并使串联后的总压力在某些区间小于单风机的压力。考虑到横流内部流场的特殊性,研究认为是由于进风速度对二级风机内部气流的流动状态产生影响造成的。Because of the especial structure, internal flow of cross-flow fan is very complex. In order to guide experience, a lot of experiments of single run and series run of cross-flow fan were made. The following result was found that in little wind area, total pressure came up to superposition, in big wind area, compared with single-running, the pressure of second fan in-series fell down. Pressure coefficient became negative when coefficient was greater than 0. 5, and total pressure in-series became less than single-running in some flow area. Considering the particularity of cross-flow fan, the speed of entering flow influenced the swirl center, and this needs more experiments to verify.
