摘 要:采用醇解法降解干纺氨纶丝,探讨了反应温度、时间、溶剂量、催化剂种类及用量等工艺参数对降解的影响;对降解产物进行分离,利用FT-IR对产物结构进行分析。实验表明,最优化降解工艺条件是:催化剂为三乙醇胺,用量为4%(反应物的质量百分比),溶剂一缩二乙二醇用量与氨纶丝的质量比为1.5∶1,反应温度为235℃,反应时间为2 h。Degradation of polyurethane fiber by diethylene glycol were studied and the factors of reaction temperature, reaction time, dosage of solvent and the kinds and dosage of catalyst on degradation were discussed. The product of degradation were separation ,structure of product were analysed through FT-IR. Experimental results showed the optimum process conditions were as follows: catalyst was 4% triethanolamine(mass percent of reactants),mass ratio of dosage of diethylene glycol to polyurethane fiber was 1.5:1 ;reaction temperature was 235℃ ;reaction time was 2 h.
