外伤性脑室出血28例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性脑室出血的临床特点和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析28例外伤性脑室出血的临床表现、影像学改变及所采用的治疗方法。结果全组病例根据GOS评定恢复良好8例(29%),中残5例(18%),重残及植物生存4例(14%),死亡11例(39%)。结论应根据影像学改变选择脑室出血的手术治疗方式,必要时脑室内注入尿激酶治疗可获得较好疗效。Objective To study the clinical features and treatment of traumatic cerebral intraventricular hemorrhage（TIVH）. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical manifestations,the changes of CT scan and the respective therapies in the 28 TIVH cases. Results All the cases were evaluated with GOS at discharge：8 cases were good recovery（29 % ）,5 moderate disabled（ 18% ）,4 severdy disabiled or vegetable（ 14 % ） and 11 died（39% ）. Conclusion Surgical approaches to treat TIVH rely on changes of CT scan. Injection of urokinase into ventricles,if necessary,can produce a good curative effect.
