摘　　要：叙述了用可编程控制器C40和OMRON 3G3JU变频器改造包装机械行业自动化生产线中加工、维修瓦楞辊专用磨床电器控制部分,并给出了详细的系统电路图和配置,降低了生产成本,生产效率提高50%,对相关企业具有实践指导意义。This paper introduces the transformation of parts controlled by grinder machine in the electricity implement specially used to process and maintain corrugated roller on automatization production line in automatic packaging industry by programmable controller C40 PLC and OMRON 3G3JU converter.System circuit diagram and configuration are brought out.Production cost is reduced and production efficiency is increased 50%.So it has guiding to relative enterprised in practice.
