通过LBA对AMECO审查看JAA对维修单位适航管理的思路及方法

摘　　要：一、前言1995年12月4日～7日,欧洲联合适航当局(JAA)的成员,德国适航当局(LBA)代表 JAA 对北京飞机维修工程有限公司(AMECO)进行了适航审查。本次审查是继1993年8月和1995年3月审查之后,第3次对AMECO 进行维修许可审查。针对AMECO 的维修许可申请,审查的项目是:(1)B—747“D”检;(2)部分附件大修;(3)LBA 年度审查.LBA 委派了历次审查 AMECO的 WILHELM SCHULIE.AMECO is the largest aircraft maintenance enterprise in china,also the only repair station which holds maintenance certificate of CAAC,JAA as well as FAA.As the regional airworthiness administration,Aircraft Airworthiness Division of North China CAAC,has participated the FAA's and JAA's maintenance certification to AMECO many times.To Present readers the administrative thoughts and methods of foreign aircraft airworthiness administration and the pulse of international advanced administration,this article gives an introduction of JAA's maintenance certification to AMECO.The author also approaches several subjects in field of civil aircraft maintenance trying to develop ideas for standardizing and promoting the development of aircraft maintenance by strengthening airworthiness administration.
