摘　　要：通过对人类有史以来四次科学技术革命的内容成果及其影响的具体分析,阐明科技革命与时代进步的历史辩证法,论证了邓小平关于“科学技术是第一生产力”的观点,这对实施“科教兴国”和“科技强军”的战略国策具有现实意义,特别是对当代高校学生了解世界科技革命成果、追求科学真理、关注时代进步、确立科学发展观具有启迪作用。The article, analyzing in detail the content achievement and its effect of four scientific and technological revolution in history, probes on historic dialectics of the scientific and technological revolution and progress of the tines demonstrating the idea that science and technology is the first productivity, which is practically significant to the strategic policy that science and technology strengthen the army, especially enlightening the college student to understand the history of scientific and technological revolution in the world, pursue the scientific truth, pay attention to the progress of the trines, ensure scientific idea of growth
