摘　　要：调查了广东部分科技期刊登载的稿约,整体情况良好,但在刊登的位置、稿约的内容等细节上还存在一些问题,部分稿约中还有所拟条款与著作权法不符的现象发生,这些都有待进一步的研究与解决.Notice to contributors of sci - tech periodicals of Guangdong province was investigated. The whole condition is in good., but still some problems exist in details, such as, the position that is published and the content. There are phenomenons of the clauses inconsistent with the copyright law in some notices to contributors. All these need research and settle in the further.
