摘　　要：证券市场是证券发行和交易的场所,其最基本的、首要的功能就是筹集资金。股票筹资已经成为上市公司的主要筹资渠道之一。本文针对福建上市公司股票筹资能力进行了客观全面的分析,揭示出影响福建上市公司股票筹资能力的制约因素,并针对这些制约因素提出相应的对策,以期为福建上市公司的进一步发展提供有益的信息。Security market is the place of issuing and exchanging securities and its most fundamental function is funding. Issuing stocks has become the major method of funding in listed companies. In order to provide useful information for further development of listed companies in Fujian, this article makes an objective and complete analysis of their stocks funding ability, illustrates the factors that inhibit the development of the companies＇ financial ability, and makes helpful suggestions according to the factors.
