摘　　要：生态城市的建设离不开植物群落的营建。为此,要建设好生态园林城市,就必须树立科学发展观,以人为本,因地制宜,实地实树,通过“春有花,夏有荫,秋有果,冬有青”之手段,创建集生态、景观、文明、健康、和谐于一体的生态园林城市。The eonstruction of plant community is indispensable to the building of an ecological city. It is suggested that in order to build an good ecological garden city combining ecology, landscape, culture, healthy and harmony, in according to the principles of adaptation to local conditions, people foremost and matching site with trees, an scientific development view should be luster by means of ＂flowers in spring, shade in summer, fruits in autumn, green in winter＂.
