摘 要:与CSP相比,FTSC属于直弧形连铸机,铸坯由垂直逐渐弯曲成弧形,带液芯的铸坯再逐渐被矫直,在此过程中,铸坯凝固前沿很容易产生中间裂纹。据此,着重从S偏析、以及铸坯在凝固过程中的应变方面来研究中间裂纹的产生原因,并提出预防措施,来获得良好的铸坯质量。Compared with the CSP technology,FTSC belongs to straight-arc CCM. The slab is bent to the arc shape little by little through straight segment. Then the arc slab has solidified with a little liquid core and straighten again. The halfway crack is easy to product between liquid and solid face in this process. Under this situation, this paper studied mainly the reason of halfway crack from S segregation and the slab deformation during solidification, and susgested the protecting solution in order to gain the good quality of slab.
