摘　　要：描述了一个新型的绝缘在线监测系统的主控软件设计，讨论了系统硬、软件工作平台，主控软件各功能模块，相应的实时数据库系统，不同监测控制流程以及远程仿真方式．The master control software design of a new type HS-Ⅲ on-line monitoring system for the insulation is described. The hardware and software environment in the system, all the function modules in the master control software, the related real-time database management system, and the various monitoring an control flows as well as the remote simulation are given. The future trend of the development of on-line insulation monitoring techniques is discussed. A statistical analysis of the realtime data is also made.
