摘 要:以改性骨架镍为催化剂,催化3-硝基-4-甲氧基乙酰苯胺(NMA)液相选择加氢制备了3-氨基-4-甲氧基乙酰苯胺(AMA)。在反应温度60℃,压力0.15 MPa,m(催化剂)/m(NMA)=1/10时,反应1 h,NMA转化率为100%,AMA的选择性达99.9%。分别以乙醇和甲醇为溶剂考察了催化剂的寿命,在乙醇中催化剂连续套用42次,转化率均为100%,AMA选择性只由99.2%下降到97.0%;在甲醇中连续套用15次,转化率均为100%,AMA选择性均高于99.5%。Modified skeletal Ni catalyst was used in liquid phase selective hydrogenation of 3-nitro-4-methoxyacetanilide (NMA) to prepare 3-amino-4-methoxyacetanilide (AMA). The conversion was 100% and the selectivity was up to 99. 9% under the conditions of 60℃ ,0. 15 MPa, 1 h and m (catalyst) :m(NMA) = 1:10. The catalyst showed excellent performance in either ethanol or methanol. When the catalyst was repeatedly used for 42 times in ethanol,the conversion of NMA retained 100% and the selectivity of AMA decreased only times in methanol, the conversion retained 99.5%. to 97.0% from 99.2%.
