摘　　要：根据有关资料,对“煤变油”技术路线及其开发利用、投资建设中存在的问题与利弊以及最近国家发展和改革委员会的相关文件精神做了简要介绍。In accordance with correlative information, the technical route of transforming coal into oil and its development and utilization are briefly described, which the advantages and disadvantage existed in investment and spirit of corresponding documents issued recently by the State Development and Reform Committee are stated accordingly.
