摘　　要：1996年2月，海尔在印尼雅加达建立了境外的第一家以生产电冰箱为主的合资企业海尔-莎保罗（印度尼西亚）有限公司，占51％的股份，实现了首次跨国经营；1997年6月，菲律宾海尔LKG电器有限公司成立；1997年8月，马来西亚海尔工业（亚细亚）有限公司成立，海尔电器产品已经成功占领马来西亚17％的家用电器市场。In February, 1996, Haier set up in Jakarta, Indonesia, its first overseas joint venture -- PT. Haier Sapporo Indonesia -- Haier taking up 51% of the share, with refrigerator production as its main line of business. For the first time in its history, Haier started its multinational operation. In June, 1997, the Philippine Haier- LKG Electrical Co., Ltd. was founded. In August, 1997, Malaysia Haier Industry （Asia） Co., Ltd. was founded. HaiePs electrical products have taken up 17% of the market share of electrical household appliances in Malaysia.
