摘 要:研究了低温等离子体处理对棉织物碱退浆的影响。通过测定织物的退浆率、毛效和断裂强力,评价退浆效果,并结合SEM照片分析了低温等离子体的作用原理。研究表明,低温等离子体处理纺织品,主要作用于其表面,通过刻蚀作用使浆料表面形成凹坑和裂纹,利于碱液渗入,再经低浓度、短时间退浆处理,就能达到常规碱退浆效果。In this paper, effect of low temperature plasma on desizing of gray cotton fabric was researched. The capillary effect, size removal and breaking strength of cotton fabric were determined. The low temperature plasma action principle was analyzed by SEM photos. The experimental results show that low temperature plasma treatment mainly acted on surface of fabric, and eroded size on fiber surface to become grooves and cracks, so sodium hydroxide could easily penetrate into cotton fabric. Comparing with traditional alkali desizing, plasma treatment before desizing features shortened desizing time, lower caustic soda dosage, better capillary effect and less damage to fiber. Capillary effect could be raised along with an increase in plasma power and treating time.
