摘　　要：介绍了平幅前处理设备,包括烧毛机、平幅退浆联合机、平幅煮漂联合机和丝光机的维修保养要点,分析了生产运行中常见故障形成原因及其处理方法。This paper covers the key points in maintenance of open-width pretreatment machinery, such as singeing frame, open-width desizing range, open-width souring and bleaching range, and mercerizing machine. Reasons for problems arising in operation and corresponding measures are advanced.
