摘　　要：目的探讨病区药品管理中的常见问题和改进措施。方法成立药品质量监控小组,对本科室药品管理进行现状调查和原因分析,制定并实施针对性措施,运用三级监控加强药品管理。结果经过6个月的药品强化管理,使药品存放合理,标识清楚,无过期、失效、变质药品,很少发现药品混放,无积压、浪费现象。护士取用药品安全、快捷,防范了因用药引起的差错及事故隐患。结论加强病区药品管理后,提高了医院的管理质量。Objective To explore the problems and improvement measures in the management of drugs in wards. Method The supervision team for the quality control of drugs was set up to investigate the current situation of drugs management, analyze the reasons of problems, establish and implement the improvement measures to strengthen the drug management through three level supervision system. Results Through the intensified drug management for six months, the drugs were stored rationally with clear marks. There was no overdue or spoiled drug, no mixed storage of different drugs, no waste and excessive drugs. As a result,the nurses could deal with the drugs safely and quickly, and prevented the potential risk of medical errors due to drug mistake, Conclusion This practice improved the quality of hospital management.
