摘　　要：近年来，第三代移动通信技术已经日趋成熟，并在海外得到了较快的发展，到2006年初，全球3G用户已经达到2亿多，其中WCDMA用户有4000多万。由于3G所带来带宽的增加，使得各种视频类业务成为3G标志性业务，而这其中流媒体业务成为各个运营商无一例外的选择。同时，由于移动终端功能的增多和处理能力的增强，各种各样的流媒体业务越来越多的受到运营商和业务提供商的重视。本文重点介绍在3G，尤其是WCDMA系统中应用的移动流媒体业务及影响其业务质量的若干因素，并进行分析。In recent years, the 3G mobile technologies were incubated and received a rapid development overseas. By early 2006, global 3G users have reached more than 200 million, of which more than 40 million are WCDMA users. As 3G catalysts stupendous growth of bandwidth, it makes various types of video services typical service of 3G, of which the streaming media service becomes a must choice for operators. Meanwhile, thank to the enriched functions of mobile terminals and enhanced processing capability, diverse streaming media services are drawing much more attentions from operators and service providers. This article highlights 3G, especially the streaming media service applied in WCDMA mobile systems and the factors affecting its QoS with detailed analysis herein.
