摘　　要：清末民国时期是秦东地区历史上极为罕见的自然灾害高发期。惨烈的自然灾害造成百姓生活困苦不堪,人口锐减;土地大量荒芜,社会经济全面衰败;社会治安恶化,秩序混乱;农民的反抗斗争异常激烈。自然灾害也给我们留下了深深的思考。Historically speaking, the east of Shaanxi Central Plain during the period of the late Qing dynasty and the early Republic of China was a place of natural calamities with high occurrences that caused great sufferings and the sharp fall of population. Thus, there was a large quantity of land left uncultivated, an overall decay of economics, a deteriorating of social security as well as many up-risings of peasants. Therefore, a deep ponder should be given to the natural calamities.
