摘　　要：建立一个真正一体化的欧洲资本市场，一个可以吸引并留住世界顶级公司和投资者的市场，是欧洲经济实现长期发展的关键因素，有证据表明欧元区的零售银行市场仍保持着高度的分割状态，但银行间市场却显示出完美的一体化状态，意大利联合信贷集团的成功经验表明，跨境的融机构合并是跨境金融一体化的催化剂，有利于形成更加宽松开放的泛欧市场，有利于为欧洲和全球客房描绘出一幅更加多样化的金融图景，尽管困难不可否认。但欧洲仍将一往无前，因为她知道欧洲大陆必须拥有能与其他经济部门的欧洲巨头并肩而立的银行和金融业的领跑者。The hope of a consolidation for a truly integrated European Capital Market,able to attract and retain the world＇s leading companies and investors ,is key to the long term economic success of Europe,The available evidence suggests that the Euro area banking market remains highly fragmented ,however,the Euro area interbank market has shown evidence of perfect integration ,The successful experiences of Unicredit Group indicate that cross border financial institutions merging acts as a catalyst for cross border financial integration ,in flavor of pan European more open markets and deregulation and to define a more diversified financial tandscape for European and intemational clients.Despite the undeniable difficulties,this Euroope is continuing to forge ahead because it knows that our continent has to produce European frontrunners in the banking and financial sectors that are capable of standing shoulder -to-shoulder with European giants in other economic sectors.
