摘　　要：目的测定速感宁胶囊中绿原酸的含量。方法高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)。结果绿原酸进样量在0．157 44-0．787 20μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=2 830 785．061 X-7 642．2,r=0．999 9,平均回收率为100．4％(RSD=0．5％)。结论HPLC法准确、重现性好、简便、易行,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Suganning capsules. Methods HPLC method was used for determination of chlorogenic acid in Suganning capsules. Results A good linearity of chlorogenic acid was obtained in the rang of 0. 157 44-0. 787 20 μg. Regression equation Y=2 830 785.061X-7 642.2, r=0.9999. The mean recovery rate was 100.4% （RSD=0. 5% ）. Conclusion This method is accurate,reproducible,simple and easy to perform. It can be used for the quality control of the drug.
