摘　　要：针对业务流程管理框架中组织视图的描述需求,提出一种面向对象的组织元模型,利用统一建模语言的类视图对企业中的功能型组织结构和项目型组织结构进行建模.为了保证组织结构的合法性,利用对象约束语言对各类组织约束进行形式化描述,这些约束包括基本约束、针对团队模板的约束和针对团队的约束三类.给出了业务流程过程模型和组织元模型的集成实现过程,从而有利于描述和分析工作流驱动的动态组织行为.Taking the requirement to describe the organization view within the business process management framework into account, an object-oriented organizational meta-model is built, which can model both functional and project organizational structure in the enterprises through the class diagrams of unified modeling language （UML）. In order to guarantee the validity of organization, object constraint language （OCL） is used to formally describe the three classes of organizational constraints include basic constraints, team template-oriented constraints and team-oriented constraints. An integrated implementation approach of organizational model and process model is presented, which can facilitate the description and analysis of the workflow-driven dynamic organization activities.
