摘 要:利用Pechini法合成了SrAl4O7,研究了溶液pH和柠檬酸与金属离子摩尔比n(CA)/n(M)对SrAl4O7结晶过程的影响,确定了SrAl4O7随时间和温度的稳定范围.结果表明,增加溶液pH和n(CA)/n(M)有利于形成SrAl4O7.当n(CA)/n(M)=2时,在900℃,加热2 h,从pH=7的前驱体形成单相的SrAl4O7;若不调节pH,即使在1 100℃,加热2 h也不能形成单相的SrAl4O7.当n(CA)/n(M)增加到4时,对不调节pH的前驱体,在1 100℃,加热2 h形成单相的SrAl4O7;调节溶液pH=7,单相的SrAl4O7的形成温度降低到900℃,2 h.SrAl4O7至少能在1 400℃稳定2 h,在1 500℃开始分解.SrAl4O7 was synthesized via Pechini method. The effects of the pH of the starting solutions and the molar ratio of citric acid to total metal cations concentration (n(CA)/n(M)) on the formation of SrAl4O7 were investigated. The stability of SrAl4O7 as a function of time and temperature was determined. Increasing the pH of the starting solutions and n(CA)/n(M) enhanced the formation of SrAl4O7. When n(CA)/n(M)=2, single-phase SrAl4O7 was synthesized at 900 ℃ for 2 h for the precursor with pH=7, but it could not be obtained for the precursor with pH= 1. Increasing n(CA)/ n(M) up to 4, single-phase SrA1407 was also synthesized at 900 ℃ for 2 h for the precursors with pH=7, but it was obtained at 1 100℃ for 2 h for the precursors with pH=l. SrAl4O7 can be stable up to 1 400 for 2 h and it begins to decompose at 1 500 ℃ for 2 h.
