碳酸二甲酯与苯酚酯交换产物的气相色谱分析

摘　　要：提出了用毛细管气相色谱法测定碳酸二甲酯与苯酚酯交换反应产物的分析方法．用保留时间定性，外标法定量．碳酸二苯酯、甲基苯基碳酸酯的相关系数分别为0．9992和0．9989；方法的相对标准偏差RS．D分别为2．49％和2．16％；回收率分别为95．6％～101．5％和95．7％～102．5％；检出限分别为7．4×10^-2g／L和9．5×10^-2g／L．该方法简单快速，准确度高，重现性好，能同时准确测定所有的反应组分，不仅适用于小试研究的结果分析。也适合工厂生产过程的分析测试．A capillary gas chromatographic method is proposed to analyze the reaction products in transesterification of DMC with phenol. Qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out by retention time and external standard method, respectively. The correlation coefficient, RSD, recovery and detection limit of DPC and MPC are 0. 999 2 and 0. 998 9, 2.49 % and 2. 16%, 95.6 -101.5 % and 95.7 %-102.5 %, 7.4 ×10^-2 g/L and 9.5 × 10^-2 g/L, respectively. Being simple and rapid, this method can determinate all the reaction components high precisely and accurately and be utilized not only in the result analysis of experimental researches but also in the fast production analysis of industrial processes.
