摘 要:研究了以厌氧颗粒污泥上清液和城市污水接种的两套单池微生物燃料电池在处理城市污水时的产电性能。以破碎厌氧颗粒污泥上清液接种的微生物燃料电池具有较好的产电性能,以城市污水为试验用水时,外电路负载两端最高电压达433 mV,功率密度为117.5 mW.m-2;以城市污水接种的微生物燃料电池,在不投加营养盐及磷酸盐缓冲溶液的情况下,可以获得电能,但产电效果并不理想,而投加后,产电性能有较大提高,外电路负载两端最高电压为228.2 mV,功率密度为35.2 mV.m-2;对城市污水的COD去除率最高为39.7%,库仑效率最大可达60.6%。The electricity production performance of two microbial fuel cells(MFC), which were inoculated with mashed anaerobic sludge supematant and municipal wastewater respectively, was investigated. The MFC inoculated with mashed anaerobic sludge su- pematant could produce electricity very well. The highest voltage reached 433 mV, and the power density was 117.5 mV·m^-2 when municipal wastewater taken from BWTP was used as the substrate solutions. The MFC inoculated directly with municipal wastewater could not produce electricity well without salt and nutrient solution. After dosed with the salt and nutrient solution, the performance of MFC was improved obviously. The highest voltage could reach 228.2 mV, and the highest power density was 35. 2 mV·m^-2. And the COD removal efficiencies for both inoculated MFCs were not very high when municipal wastewaters were used as the substrate solution. The maximum COD removal efficiency was only 39.7%, and the maximum Coulombie efficiency was 60.6%.
