产后乳胀的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究寻找解决产后乳胀的有效手段。方法将产后乳胀的产妇随机分为实验1组、实验2组及对照组,实验1组采用发酵面外敷,实验2组采用皮硝外敷,对照组采用传统方法(热敷),观察24h内乳胀消退情况及乳汁排出量。结果实验1组有效率75%,实验2组有效率93%,对照组有效率20%。实验组与对照组疗效比较P<0.01,2个实验组之间比较P<0.05,差异均有显著性。乳汁排出量,实验1组为(46.5±13.5)ml/次,实验2组为(50.7±11.4)ml/次,对照组为(19.0±5.0)ml/次2实验组与对照组比较P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论发酵面外敷疗法和皮硝外敷疗法对产后排乳不畅所致乳胀有明显疗效,皮硝更优。Objective To study the effective method of ameliorating postpartum breast distension. Methods Divided patients with postpartum breast distension into the experimental group one, experimental group two and the control group randomly. The zymotic - flour- covered therapy was used in the experimental group one, the Pixiao- covered therapy was used in the experimental group two, traditional nursing cares were used in the control group. Compared the clinical effects in the 3 groups with 24 hours. Results The effective radio in the experimental group one, experimental group two and control group was 75%, 93% and 20% respectively, there was significant difference between them, P〈 0.05. The volume of milk ejection in these 3 groups was （46.5±13.5） ml, （50.7 ± 11.4） ml and （19.0±5.0） ml, there was significant difference between the two experimental groups, P〈0.01. Conclusion Zymotic - flour- covered and the Pixiao- covered therapy are effective methods to ameliorate the postpartum breast distension, the clinical effects of Pixiao- covered therapy is more famous than the zymotic- flour- covered therapy.
