摘 要:啁啾相位掩模法是啁啾光纤光栅的一种非常重要的制作方法。本文研究讨论了用全息干涉方法制作线性啁啾位相掩模的设计方法,提出用两球面波干涉产生条纹密度随空间距离线性变化的干涉条纹记录啁啾位相光栅,按设定光栅端点空频和端点空频差两种优化设计方法设计了长度100mm、啁啾量1nm/mm的线性啁啾光栅,理论和实验结果给出两种设计方案的非线性系数分别为2.5%和1.6%,理论设计和实验结果相符。Using chirped phase mask to fabricate chirped fiber gratings is a very important method. The holographic recording method for the design of linearly chirped phase mask is studied in this paper. The fringe formed by the interference of two spherical waves, whose density varies linearly with space, was used to record the chirped phase mask. The two optimized design schemes, in which the space frequency values or the space frequency difference of the two edges of the grating were fixed, were proposed. A 100mm length and 1nm/mm chirped value grating mask was designed with these design schemes. Theory and experiment results indicate that the nonlinear coefficients are 2.5% and 1.6% respectively according to two design methods and the theory design is approved.
