摘  要:桥式起重机单梁对槽焊接装置是其在改造焊接生产线中,为具体工位设计的专用焊接设备,其机架的刚度直接影响工件的加工精度。此项设备的设计和制造在国内外尚属首次,缺乏现场使用经验,对设计中的不足和缺陷难以把握。为此,基于Matlab优化工具箱对其机架进行刚度分析,优化设计。The welding equipment is specially designed to automatically weld the U- shaped girders of overhead traveling cranes in factory, which is fixed at a specific workbench in the production line. The stiffness of the equipment frame will affect the prcision during man, fracturing. As the equipment is first developed at home and abroad, and thus never used in factory, it is difficult to find the problems with the design. This paper presents the analysis of the flame' stiffness with Matlab software.
