痕量铜的阻抑动力学光度法测定

摘　　要：在酸性条件下，铜（Ⅱ）可催化空气氧化碘化钾生成碘，但当铜（Ⅱ）的质量浓度小于0.．5μg/25mL时有阻抑作用．利用铜（Ⅱ）对反应的阻抑作用建立测定痕量铜的动力学光度法，该方法的检出限量为0.0053μg/L，线性范围为0-2．0μg/L用于测定人发中的痕量铜（Ⅱ），结果满意．Based on the inhibitory effect of trace amounts of Cu^2 ＋ （ 〈 0.5μg/25 mL） on the oxidation of Ⅰ by oxygen in an acid solution , a new kinetic ohotometric method for the determination of trace of copper was established. The delection limit is 0. 005 3 μg/L and the linear range of determination is 0 - 2.0 μg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of copper in human hair with satisfactory results.
