摘　　要：某公司重油催化裂化装置能量回收系统中烟气管道水封罐上端一段水平管线中2个膨胀节失效泄漏,对该段管线及失效膨胀节进行了有限元计算与分析,提出了改进措施和建议。With respect to the failure leak such as two expansion joint of water envelop tin above pipeline to flue gas turbine exit in the energy recovery system for residual oil catalytic cracking plant of a branch company of SINOPEC,in order to analyze the causes for failure accidents,finite element computation and analysis are conducted on this segment of pipeline and the failed expansion joint and improvement actions and suggestions are proposed.
