摘 要:逐步回归分析333例晚期妊娠产前超声测量胎头双顶径与新生儿枕下囟曲径、枕额径、枕下俞囟周径之间关系,并与实际双项径进行验证。结果:超声测量双项径与枕下前曲径、枕额径无明显相关性,而与枕下前囟周径却有明显相关关系,复相关系数R=0.4856、F=1021395(P<0.01),得出回归方程Y=5.437+0.1163X(1)。超声测量双顶径与实际双项径对照以误差≤±0.3cm为符合标准,225例符合、占6757%,误差≥±0.4cm108例、占32.43%。Stepwise regression analysis of the relations between BPD by ultrasonic measurement before parturiency in 333 cases of late pregnancy and other suboccipitobregmatic diameter, suboccipitobregmatic circumfer ence, suboccipitofrontal diameter of newborn, as compared with the actual BPD was studied. Results told that BPD by ultrasonic measurement was not significant1y correlative with suboccipitobregmatic diameter but with correlation to suboccipitobregmatic circumference. Mu1tiple correlation coefficients and F values are R=0. 4856,F =102. 1395 (P<0.01). The obtained regression equation is Y= 5. 437+0. 1163X(1). Comparing the BPD by ultrasonic measurement with the actual BPD, the coincidence rate is 67. 57N (225 cases), if the coindence standard with absolute error<=±0. 3cm, whereas, there are 108 cases (32. 43% ) while with error> =±0.4cm.
