悦肝胶囊对四氯化碳损伤原代培养大鼠肝细胞的保护作用

摘　　要：目的探讨悦肝胶囊对四氯化碳(CC l4)损伤原代培养大鼠肝细胞的保护作用。方法以CC l4诱导大鼠肝细胞损伤模型,观察悦肝胶囊对肝细胞的琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、酸性磷酸酶(ACPase)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)活性和糖原含量以及肝细胞形态结构的影响。结果悦肝胶囊能显著提高SDH、G-6-Pase活性及糖原含量,抑制ACPase活性,并可显著改善受损肝细胞的形态结构变化。结论悦肝胶囊对CC l4损伤原代培养大鼠肝细胞具有保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Yuegan Capsule on CCl4-intoxicated primary cultured rat hepatocytes. Methods Hepatocytes injury models were induced by CCl4 in rats in vitro, and treated with Yuegan capsule. Structure of rat hepatocytes and effect of SDH,ACPase,G-6-Pase activeties and amount of hepatic glycogen were observed. Results The Yuegan Capsule increased the activity of SDH, G-6-Pase and the amount of hepatic glycogen, and restrain the activity of ACPase, and could improvc the changes of rat hepatocytes structure. Conclusion Yuegan capsule has protective effects on CCl4-induced injury of primary cultured rat hepatocytes.
