保坤丹丸对正常大鼠和肾虚模型小鼠生殖器官和内分泌功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察保坤丹丸对正常大鼠和肾虚模型小鼠生殖器官和内分泌功能的影响。方法保坤丹丸7.2,4.8,3.6g.kg-1.d-1及定坤丹丸7.2 g.kg-1.d-1灌胃给药,连续14 d,测定正常大鼠垂体前叶、卵巢、子宫重量及血清FSH,LH含量。此外以保坤丹丸7.2,4.8,3.6 g.kg-1.d-1及定坤丹丸7.2 g.kg-1.d-1灌胃给药,连续10 d,测定肾虚小鼠子宫、卵巢重量及体重、自主活动次数和探究次数。结果保坤丹丸3个剂量组能显著增加正常大鼠和肾虚小鼠的卵巢重量(P<0.05),保坤丹丸7.2 g.kg-1.d-1可显著提高正常大鼠血清FSH,LH水平和肾虚小鼠子宫重量(P<0.05),保坤丹丸3个剂量组对正常大鼠垂体前叶、子宫重量及肾虚小鼠自主活动次数、探究次数有增加趋势(P>0.05)。结论保坤丹丸可影响生殖内分泌轴,同时对中枢神经系统有一定的调节作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of Baokundan Pills （BKI）P） on reproductive organs and endocrine function in normal rat and kidney deficient model mice. Methods BKDP was given intragastrically by 7.2,4.8,3.6g ·kg^-1·d^-1 and Dingkundan Pills was given intragastrically by 7.2 g·kg^-1·d^-1 for 14 days, weight of hypophysis,ovary,uterus and content of serum FSH .LH in normal rat were determined. Besides BKDP was given by 7.2,4.8,3.6 g·kg^-1·d^-1 and Dingkundan Pills （7.2 g·kg^-1·d^-1） was given for 10 days, weight of uterus,ovary ,body and frequency of voluntary activities,probes in kidney deficient model mice were also determined. Results Three dose of BKDP groups significantly increase the weight of ovary in normal rat and model mice （P 〈 0.05）, and maintain increasing tendency to the weight of hypophysis,uterus in normal rat and voluntary activities,probes in model mice （P 〉 0.05）. BKDP（7.2 g ·kg^-1·d^-1） could remarkably raise the content of serum FSH,LH in normal rat. Conclusion BKDP can affect reproduction endocrine axle, and regulate central nervous system.
