小叶锦鸡儿醋酸乙酯提取物的镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨小叶锦鸡儿醋酸乙酯提取物的镇痛作用。方法将小鼠随机分为5组后采用扭体法、热板法、电刺激法3种方法观察小叶锦鸡儿醋酸乙酯提取物的镇痛作用。结果小叶锦鸡儿能明显延长小鼠扭体和舔足潜伏期,减少扭体和舔足次数,提高电刺激痛阈。结论小叶锦鸡儿醋酸乙酯提取物对小鼠有明显镇痛作用。Objective To study the analgesic effects of the ethyl acetate extraction of Caragana microphyUa Lam. Methods After the mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, studied the analgesic effects of the ethyl acetate extraction of Caragana microphylla Lam with writhing test, hot-plate test and electric stimulation test. Results This drug obviously prolonged the incubation period of torsion body and licking feet, decreased the times of torsion body and licking feet, increased the pain threshold of electric stimulation in mice. Conclusion The analgesic effects of the ethyl acetate extraction of Caragana microphyUa Lam has obvious analgesic effects on mice.
