摘 要:目的研究荔枝核抗乙肝成分黄酮类化合物的测定方法。方法紫外分光光度法在510 nm处测定。结果建立了回归方程C(μg/m l)=2.541 61+83.286 26A,相关系数r=0.999 8,平均加标回收率为100.82%(RSD=1.59%)。测定荔枝核抗乙肝成分黄酮类化合物含量为7.13%。结论该方法简便,准确,可用于测定荔枝核抗乙肝成分黄酮类化合物的含量。Objective To establish a method for the determination of the content of anti-hepatitis B constituents flavonoids in Litchi Seed. Methods The content of anti - hapatitis B consituents flavnoids in Litchi Seed was determined by spectrophtometric method at 510nm. Results The regression equation C(μg/ml) = 2, 54161 + 83, 28626 A and R = 0. 9998 of the relationship between concentration and absorbance were established. The average recovery was 100.82% and RSD was 1.59%. The content of anti-hepatitis B consituents flavonoids in Litchi Seed was 7.13%. Conclusion The method is easy and accurate, and can be used for determination of the content of anti-hepatitis B consituents flavnoids in Litchi Seed.
