镇咳滴丸镇咳祛痰作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究镇咳滴丸(甘草流浸膏、桔梗流浸膏、盐酸麻黄碱等)的功效。方法氨水、枸橼酸引咳、酚红分泌及组胺致喘等有关试验。结果镇咳滴丸可延长小鼠因氨水所致的咳嗽潜伏期及枸橼酸所致豚鼠的咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数;增加小鼠呼吸道酚红排痰量及大鼠毛细管排痰量;对抗豚鼠由组胺所致哮喘症状,使动物跌倒潜伏期延长。结论镇咳滴丸具有镇咳、祛痰及平喘作用。Objective To study the effect of Zhenke drop pills （consisting Lilorice Root Extract, Platycodon grandiflorum Extract and Ephedrine Hydrochloride）. Methods Using ammoniae induced cough model and citrate induced cough model, phenolsulfonphthalein excretion test, histamine induced asthma model. Results Zhenke drop pills was able to prolong cough latent period of mice induced by ammoniae and that of guinea pig induced by citrate, at the same time Zhenke drop pills was also able to decrease the cough rate significantly. Zhenke drop pills was able to increase the phenolsulfonphthalein excretion quantity of trachea in mice, increase the capillary expectorant quantity in rats. Zhenke drop pills was able to inhibit the asthma reaction induced by histamine in guinea pigs, increase tumble latent period in guinea pigs. Conclusion Zhenke drop pills has the effects of reliving cough and asthing, reducing spulum.
